We at NEKA know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

• Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you within 2 to 10 working days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Due to the current surge in orders there might be a slight delay in dispatching your orders.

• Free shipping is available on all products, subject to a minimum order value. A Shipping  charge of Rs. 150/- will be applied to all orders below Rs. 2000/-

• The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is canceled before dispatch or lost in transit by us.

• We ship orders to PAN India via couriers like DTDC, IndiaPost, Mahavir, Trirupati, Skyking, Professional, Shiprocket and Dhelivery. All orders are shipped on a surface transport basis.

• For International orders, we use few of the above shipping agencies. Kindly reach out to us on whatsapp or email us before placing an international order to avoid any post order hassle.
